這支橘黃色的大麥酒是使用慕尼黑麥芽和維也納麥芽各半釀造的,具有歐陸啤酒傳統的焦糖香,再放入來自美國肯德基州的波本威士忌橡木桶熟成數個月,帶出橡木桶特有的香草/蜂蜜香氣,是一支甘甜卻又不失清爽的烈性啤酒。

This orange-colored barleywine is brewed with half Munich malt, and Vienna malt, to harmonize their respective caramel notes.Then aged in bourbon from America for several months. The body is light and sweet, but at 12.5%, this beer is as sneaky as all our classic barrel-aged beers.
