首次與新竹本土酒廠—津采酒業 Superb Brewing合作,融合兩家酒廠的特色,並加入南投信義鄉產的龍眼木煙燻烏梅,豐富的煙燻烏梅與焦糖麥芽香氣,苦味溫和,酒體圓潤,建議12-15度飲用,可以感受到煙燻烏梅在口中綻放,尾韻有些許麥芽甜味及烏梅回甘的滋味,適合過年大魚大肉時來一杯清爽解膩!

This is a collaboration brew with our friends at Superb Brewing from Hsinchu. Brewed with traditionally wood smoked plums, this beer aims showcase its wonderful characters, balanced with a full bodied larger.

The light tartness makes it a great food pairing beer.
